Why do I need a service like this? Can’t I just go to the store myself and buy the items for cheaper?

You absolutely can go to the store yourself, but have you ever found yourself wandering around a place like Target for literally more than an HOUR trying to decide what to get, what would all go well together, or how to narrow down your selections to fewer items? THEN you also have to pick out a box or package to ship it in and take it to the post office and stand in line to have it shipped. Instead, it can take less than 5 minutes to order something on our site, we do all the hard work for you, and you still get all the credit!

Wouldn’t a bouquet of flowers be more appropriate for some occasions, especially in the event of a loss?

Not necessarily. Flowers are nice and most people do enjoy them however, having flowers delivered can get VERY expensive, flowers don’t last as long, and often people are overwhelmed with the amount of flowers and plants they receive that they can’t possibly keep and display all of them. A Love Well Box will be a unique gift that the recipient can enjoy long after the flowers have wilted.

How do you ship?

Most of the time we use USPS to ship our boxes. Upon completion of your order you will receive an e-mail with your order number and a tracking number.

 How long does shipping take? 

  • Processing: The time it takes our team to pack your box, hand-write your message, and get it ready to ship.

  • Priority ($7): 24 hour processing + 2-4 shipping = gift arrival in 3-6 business days

  • Rush ($18): 24 hour processing + 1-2 shipping = gift arrival in 2-3 business days

Shipping is non-refundable.

*Additional delays may occur for orders placed on/around national holidays (i.e when the post office is closed).

Something is missing from my box. What do I do?
Though we hope this doesn’t happen, we realize that occasionally mistakes are made. Email us at lovewellcoshop@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Note: provide your order # and ideally images when you email to speed things along.

My box was lost or stolen. What do I do?
We will work with you to get another box out ASAP**
**Additional fees apply when the box is returned to sender. To send the box back out, we charge for a new shipping label, and potentially a new box, if there is damage to it. 

Do you put receipts in the packages?
Never! Since almost all of our orders are surprises, we do not include receipts or invoices in with our shipped packages. You will get an email with your order information and receipt.

There is a problem with my order.

My tracking info says "delivered" but my box wasn't, what do I do?
• First step, is to call the recipient. Make sure it wasn't left on her porch or isn't with her doorman, apartment office, etc.
• Next, call USPS, UPS or whatever service your confirmation email notes. Get all the info you can from them based on what happened.
• Send us an email with your order number to lovewellcoshop@gmail.com.  We will work on our end to figure out what went wrong, but USPS is who makes the magic happen. Have your tracking number available and call them ASAP. We never want to disappoint our customers, and we'll work super hard to make this right, as best we can, but once the box leaves our office, we rely on USPS to ship it safely to their door!

If your order was returned to us, you'll be refunded for all the items you purchased once we receive the box. 

I entered the wrong address, what do I do now?
If you just ordered, just write us an email ASAP to lovewellcoshop@gmail.com and let us know your order number and the new, updated address needed.

If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address due to an input error on your end, we recommend calling USPS to see how they can help you solve the issue. We cannot be responsible for your inputting address errors, so please double check your orders! If it does get sent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee of $7.

Do you do same day delivery?
If you live in the DFW area and would like to discuss same-day delivery for an additional cost, give us a shout at lovewellcoshop@gmail.com. Though we can’t make any promises, we are willing to consider it.

Will you spellcheck/edit my messages?
No. Sometimes customers want to include an inside joke or reference something we know nothing about, so we write in each word EXACTLY as you typed it in. Please double check your message prior to checkout! 

Will you sign my name?
If you write it in your message, absolutely! We only write what YOU TYPE in the message box. If you left your name off, we will not include it.
